Well, hi there.. I'm trying out the features in here, after being bugged by my sister. So I uploaded a picture of myself and my friend, who's the flutist in the orkie (that's orchestra, people). In this picture, we're next to the keyboard during a break in the previous convo. The picture was shot with her digicam. Oh yeah, she was the keyboardist for that session because the original keyboardist was doing her practical.

Anticipating the upcoming convo. Will be able to see ALI! yeah! I'm going to snap pictures with him for remembrance because I doubt I'll ever see him again unless he decides to continue working in KL. Not that I've actually met up with him when he was in KL anyway, but you know what I mean :)

Speaking of convo, there's some new members in orkie going for convo. Among them is one of Michelle's hometown friend. He plays the trombone. Seems he's good at sight-reading, according to my boss. Well, good for him! But I don't quite know how to accept his joining the orkie. He once said something that I found annoying. Anyway, I'd better just accept his coming in and do what I can do make him feel comfortable in the orkie. I'm sure the occasional greeting and conversation about how the orkie works won't kill me ;)

Kay, here's about an event this weekend. Singing competition of patriotic songs to pick a representative for UTM for another national level competition. The rhythm section of the orkie will be backing these participants on Sunday night.
