Hari Co Q

i'm just back from the opening ceremony of Co Q week in UTM. why was i there? what else, the uni band was supposed to play there.


we didn't play that many songs, about 6 in all i think. actually the students who took orchestra were supposed to play, but of course some of the original band members would be included. there were only 3 people who were Co Q students i think, 2 guitarists, one drummer. that drummer played one song, i played the rest. actually he's a good drummer, but more for rock songs. knowing very well the type of songs that we play for orchestra, he practiced one song, and i did the rest, since i'm familiar with them already.


my sifu's back! thought he'd miss out on tonight, but he made it, even though he didn't play. he rarely plays already, i know he's bored out of his skull with the songs we play. he's involved with the setting up and packing down of the equipment. kak kimmy, his wife looks so fierce, that i normally dare not talk to him when she's around, afraid that she might bite my head off. so curi-curi talk to him when i think she's not looking... haha!


i need to take a bath befor sleeping. and take off my contact lenses. try to catch the dave letterman show if i can.
