end of sem..

time to update my blog. even tho not many ppl read it hahaha. never mind la anyway.

well, coming to the end of the semester. meaning no more functions for orchestra. so sad! it means i get to see less of my friends there. and 2 of them are graduating already, this is their last semester. so sad! i grew so close to them, and they're leaving. man, this means there should be new ppl coming in, maybe just one to fill in the guitar part. the keyboardist part might be filled by an old member.

recently i got closer to the pianist, cos she sent me back home more often after practice and functions. on the past friday, there was a dinner at the NC's house in conjunction with convocation, and we played outside the house, on the grounds la. then the pianist got stung by a bee.. so i followed her to the clinic, she got an injection and some pain killers. she's fine now ;) thank goodness.

today's monday. the past saturday and sunday was the 36th convocation. 1 session on sat, 2 on sunday. nothing unusual happened thankfully. usual thing, yakked with my friends at the back, the drummer, the pianist, the keyboardist, the guitarist and bassist. one thing tho--no picture taking this time round, i think we were just too bored with that already haha.

u know something funny..the director (of the orchestra) asked if i thot of extending my time here at utm..maybe do master's or something, so that i'd still be here and can still be in the orchestra. hmm.. if i'm not bonded with intel, i might consider it.. but it's something in the future, so it's hard to tell. but to stay on just for the orchestra.. it's too small a thing to consider staying on for, and anyway i'm not really planning to do masters. im already struggling with the degree for goodness sake! it would be nice to stay on, but if i have a small chance of working in intel (if i like it there), and if they want me to stay on, i will.

but all in all, it's all fun while it's lasting :)
