Some tips..

Me : Long time no blog
My blog : Anoh..

Going to keep this post short.
Due to an unfortunate event, us interns ended up chatting with a manager from the company. He shared with us his thoughts of studying life and how far we should take our education to.
Only a few points stuck in my mind, and they are:

1) er...for the job interview, read up on your 2nd year uni stuff, if you're planning to work on the technical side.
2) his point of view was that these days, degrees and masters are not enough. If you want to further your education, go all the way to Phd. This is because with a degree or Masters, you can be put anywhere in a company, but with a Phd, you're specialized and therefore can work on that specific thing.
3) double degrees aren't worth the effort unless you're planning to change your career. Referring to point (2), one degree is good enough for you to start work, so if the 2nd degree brings the same level of outcome...well, there you go.
4) a degree only proves one thing: you can study, but you probably don't know anything. (Over here I'm just commenting on the general outlook, so if there's anyone that actually will remember what they studied, please don't come looking for me.)

I think that's all that I remember. Whatever that's up there is just for sharing purposes, if you don't agree with it, well, don't look for me too.

S'all for now..
